Shudokan Masterclass 2023

    The Shudokan Masterclass 2021 has dealt with the seven inner techniques of Toyama Kanken Sensei. In 2022 we worked intensively in 5 Zoom sessions on Shinpatan and Shinpacho. Although the preparation means a lot of work, I would like to share my knowledge with like-minded people again in 2023. I have prepared some thoughts for topics. What interests YOU the most?
