The MISSION
Together with like-minded people, it is the aim of the International Shudokan Research Society to research the ancient knowledge of the martial arts of Toyama Kanken Dai Shihan and to preserve it for future generations.
The sign of the International Shudokan Research Society is the bridge.
The bridge connects people. Symbolically, the bridge connects the members of the Research Society living on the different continents.
The bridge also connects the past with the future. Symbolically we carry the old knowledge of our martial art ancestors over the bridge into the present in order to build the future based on this knowledge.
The International Shudokan Research Society stands for openness and respect. In this sense we want to build bridges and learn from each other
